The water -reverse osmosis - filter works very well and has been very easy to swap out the filters. Moreover, it has consistently reduced the total dissolved solids to near zero, as I have tested its performance over the lifetime of the filters.
Moreover, I would mention the customer service is also very good too, and they helped address 1 issue related to logistics (I received a different filter after my purchase) and they were very quick to rectify the issue, and they were very customer centric.
