From calling and speaking to the lady on the other hand to getting the discount applied and receiving the filters, it was an all and all great experience, my items arrived the very next day, it could be because I don't leave far from them but it was faster than the website mentions. The filter fit my Frigidaire perfectly like OEM, I am glad I bought 3 of them for a price cheaper than last time I bought just one at Lowe's for $39.99, I bought 3 from them for just $28 after taxes and discount of 10% and free delivery, what else could you ask?
