Works fine. I first bought the Waterdrop system at the Walmart website. When feeling that it's time to change the filter I couldn't easily find replacement filters on the Walmart website or anywhere. I would like to recommend when selling the system on other websites to advise the seller to add a direct connection or link to get the filters.
