The GOOD: The kit has everything you need. The quality is excellent. It IS relatively easy to install. BUT The instructions can be improved. They assume even minor knowledge, which isn't necessary to have in order to install the filter if only it were explained a bit more carefully. The Scannable QR codes on the box that would lead to help, etc. did not work. (broken links) I tried several different scanning apps. I'm a physician with basically minimal to no experience with plumbing (years ago I replaced a faucet.) . I watched a video (someone else's was more detailed than your company's) and managed. Also, if the figures were enlarged and showed more detail that too would be helpful. If you don't want to include that in the package. A very detailed description could be posted on your website. I did search there first but didn't find one.
