My order that shipped on 6/14 as priority ship HAS NEVER ARRIVED! It is now 6/27/21. The supervisor at Waterdrop said there was nothing she could do! I opened a case at FedEX & have had NO reply!! The reverse osmosis system I ordered & paid for is clearly LOST!
