This was my first time ordering anything from Waterdrop. I bought two pitchers with water filters. The ordering process was easy enough. The pitchers are easy to handle. The water tastes off to me. Bottom line, I don't care for the taste. I've had better tasting water with other brands. To be fair I haven't talked with a customer service representative about this so I may be writing this review too soon. I gave four stars because the pitchers are easy to handle, I like the color, and I did ask customer service for a price match while waiting for my pitchers to be delivered and they replied right away that they would be happy to. I liked that experience with the customer service department. I'm not unhappy with the company since this was my only experience with Waterdrop and the poor taste of the water may be a fluke. I'm just not happy with my purchase.
