So, I replaced your CF filter a few weeks ago and the water flow rate was very slow compared to what it was prior to the changeout. Your support had me follow a few steps but it was still the same. They then told me to replace the larger filter even though it was only one year old. After installing this, the flow was still the same and slow. I waited a week or so and it is stll slow. I made a video and will attach it below.
