Product is top notch. However when ordering a replacement filter, it was shipped via FedEx who delivered to wrong address. Due to your shipping arrangement with FedEx, the customer cannot file a claim. Only the shipper. I emailed you, did as asked and waited a few extra days but to no avail. I was told you would simply ship another one out via a different carrier. However when the time came, I was told that I was getting refunded and to just order thru Amazon. Is this really how you handle a problem? I ordered directly thru you to get it faster and from the manufacturer, not a third party. I still do not have a filter.
