I have had the system for about a month now. What I like: Space saver in the under the sink cabinet, the unit itself is not pricey and there is a small discount available as well, not so expensive filters, easy to replace filters, no tank.
What I don't like is that it needs power. Had to pay xtra $$ to get continuous power. I am also not sure about the taste of the water. There is a certain plasticky taste in the water. Don't know if it is due to the filter material and whether it will improve with time. The taste may be my biggest gripe Maybe the company can answer this.
