The wallet is nice and exactly what my husband has been looking for but the delivery is beyond disappointing! I understand that delivery services is beyond the company’s control but it took the parcel a month to arrive internationally. The standard international delivery advertised in the website is 7-14 days. Again, I understand that shipments could get delayed but not for another 14 days or so! The wallet was supposed to be a gift for my husband’s birthday which was on January 29 and the wallet arrived on February 9! Attached is a photo of when I received the parcel. Please update the international shipping estimate in your website for the international shoppers. I would’ve paid extra for an express delivery had I known that it could possibly get delayed but 2 weeks late is unacceptable. Also it was forwarded by Royal Mail to the local post and not with DHL as written in the receipt which is misleading.
