First order, clothes are great. Customer service? I pressed the wrong size on order, immediately realised my mistake and messaged on all media's to try and resolve. Nil response until told it was too late, items dispatched. No attempt to assist or resolve. I have now posted the incorrect size back at my expense. Still waiting to hear. I know it's my mistake , but I have spent years in customer service and sales and you had an opportunity to either make things right or assist. I would have become an overnight brand ambassador. As a smallish brand, I'd hoped for better. I'm still awaiting acknowledgement of return and redelivery.
