I was very pleased with my experience with “We are Bound”. I ordered a shirt from the website which I found was too short once it had been delivered. I filed for the return and upon confirmation Jack emailed me directly with the options available. He was very understanding of my requirements and wanted to understand how they could improve not only their service but tailoring to my (the customers) requirements. The only slight negative to mention was that returns were not covered by the company. Now I am aware that they have not advertised a free return policy and I was comfortable to pay the fee, but it would be an added extra to not have to pay for this service. Overall though, I was delighted with the service offered by Bound and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Theo
