I emailed to ask when an item might be back in stock. I got a reply saying they didn’t know but suggesting an alternative which I ordered. I had a confirmation but was told about a week later that the alternative wasn’t in stock after all either so I asked for a refund. A week or so later, I had two emails on the same day - one suggesting a credit voucher, the other telling me my order had been despatched. I was on holiday at the time, the parcel was left on my doorstep but luckily picked up by a kind neighbour. I replied to the credit note email saying what is going on but have so far had no reply. I wasn’t going to write a review as reluctant to leave bad ones but they keep asking! Having said all this, my son does like their clothes.
