The style and quality of the clothes are great, but your returns process is archaic. No simple online system to do returns, despite you using Shopify. You ask customers to print out a return slip (who has a printer at home) because you don’t include them in the bag with the goods. Generally, I have to buy multiple sizes to try them on as every garment is different, and it’s frustrating to receive store credit for sale item purchases.
