Purchased 3 items, two shirts are excellent and well made. I did want them both in size L but one was out of stock for a long time. I have also purchased a pair of trousers which need refunding, they are not well made for the price and seem cheap with threads sticking out. Additionally, the refund process is the most painful backwards process ive gone through in a long time. This is something that needs to be looked at, I appricate bound is a new small buisness but others in this catagory have a returns process that suitable for 2024.
