After coming across multiple ads for Bound, I was always intrigued by your products. However, not being able to see the products in person is a big blocker for me because I like to to see whether clothes will fit me well or test the material before following thorugh with the purchase. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to follow through with a purchase. I was really dissapointed with the size because it did not match what was outlined on the website. Then I got really frustrated with the returns process. For an online based company, the returns process is terrible. Despite sending the product back, I have not received a single piece of communication about my return or refund. For a brand trying to sell products at a premium price and online exclusive, you would expect a quality service for returns. How else can you have customer try on your clothes and decide if they want to keep it or not? I've lost out on money by having to pay for delivery and then having to pay the fee for returns. All of this without knowing whether my return was accepted or if my refund is on the way. Will not ordering again because
