Really happy with my knit. Great quality and fit. Four stars, not five because of the return system. At first I ordered a size too small, so I placed a new order for a larger size thinking that I could just return the other one. However, living outside the UK it’s close to impossible to return an item within just 14 days. In Denmark, my shipping option was to pay 16 GPB for a delivery of 5-7 business days excl. toll time. So there was no guarantee that it would be sent back in time for a refund and I was not interested in store credit. So now I just have two knits hoping to sell the first one myself… Would have really appreciated a longer return period, fx 28 days for countries outside UK.
