SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND SCAM. STEAL YOUR MONEY! AND GET MAD AT YOU! This company does not care about you. I was new to E-commerce and had just started with a business I was having trouble with my product because it has to do with cannabis and tobacco so running ads was hard on Facebook. So I turned to online and found this company. I told someone named Mark about my dropshipping and e-commerce and told him that if his marketing team had a better product that would generate more sales to please use that. I was essentially willing to pay for the service and let them build me a store and find the products. So I had purchased a 6 month social media marketing plan. Right away I knew something was wrong. For Mark did not listen to anything I said. He continued with the product I already knew was having problems when I tried to advertise because of it being related to tobacco. They then created a 1 month social media Calendar for me and the month of July. Then I noticed they were not posting anything the whole month of July, and guess decided not to tell me. So for 3 weeks I was reassured I would be getting sales for the store every week. After the the 3rd week I had enough. I told Mark I wanted a refund, and he convinced me their was a problem with the Facebook page, because the product is related to tobacco which is what I already knew and which is why from the start I told this Mark guy I did not want to do this product. He convinced me to trust and so I did give them another chance. They finally started posting a social media calendar. But after 2 months I still had not gained a single sale. After spending $1,000 I had enough. Terrible communication. I had no idea what my money was being used for. Working in e-commerce myself I realized $1,400 for a service like this is completely overpriced. Then I wanted a refund. My project was 6 months long and according to their policy, after 48 hours you can request a full refund, and so because my project had never been even completed, since it was for 6 months, and it had only been 2.5 months, I requested a refund. This was also extremely difficult. At first mark would not give me any refund, and even HUNG UP on me after I told him, I do not like this project, I don’t know what’s going on, I don’t know what my money is being used for, there is no communication, I’m DONE. He refused so I contacted support at webitronics.com they had sent me to someone named James. We settled on a half refund which still is unfair because they state refund guarantee, yet I was not being guaranteed anything. Anyways after settling for $500 I had further questions, but then no responds from James anymore. I emailed him again and again several times. It has been over 1.5 months now and still no response. He is acting like a child and now is ignoring me so that he doesn’t have to refund me for the terrible service provided. So this company has robbed me of my money. I am In contact with a a debt collector and a lawyer, and am going to try and get my money back. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. I have lost $1,000 and don’t even have the business anymore because of this company. DO MOT YSE THEM.
