I absolutely love the logo they came up with. It did take some back and forth as expected, but the communication was quick and effective, and the finished product was all I could have hoped for. Also, the website design was much better than I could have done myself. Mine is a one-person custom craft-oriented operation with a non-traditional approach to business. The AI assistance used had to get accustomed to that, but it added a lot to text and presentation. My team leader was unfailingly polite and committed to getting it right, which wasn't easy, given the number of variables and unusual business model.
