This was a trying process and communication can be better, But overall, I am glad I used web wed. I was worried- I could not marry online in the Philippines. There are so many people steering people through Utah and they have just dismissed that due to fraud. I am glad I meet my partner, I was married with web wed through Florida and got my apostille. I had no problem getting all documents and JC provided me with a letter. It was genius that our attorney was a witness. I would recommend web wed and I will definitely say use another state than Utah. I thank web wed especially JC. She has singled-handed saved the world with web wed and she is so humble. I ask her to face time before paying. She did without any problem and she took the time to talk about herself personally. In the digital world, we live in she made me feel like i knew her.
