Finally, it’s done! With such an awful and never again experience. The communication between me and webwedmobile was a truly bad experience. They were not helpful as advertised and kept blaming customer about the time zone and business hour so they couldn’t answer to my questions. But more importantly, they were not polite nor nice at all. If i had a choice, i would use another service. Also, the paper just came in the day before after married in December ( i live abroad). I had to remind them that i didn’t get the marriage certificate as paid so they just did the follow up. So pls, trust me, use this service as a last resort and do not expect anything at all. After all, webwedmobile is the only place i can find to make it happen. Even with a poor service, my dream gets to come true anyway.
