They are so nice and kind before you pay for the service... once you pay, GAME OVER. They become rude in their responses to you and somehow expect you to know how the American system works eventhough you've never set foot in USA... I paid webwed last year September of 2021 for the international package. The only reason I'm giving a review one year later is because of the back-and-forth they were giving me and empty promises about how my application was in the final stages. The only thing I received was the marriage license. I have not received legalization documents... everytime I asked them, they'd tell me that the process is in its final stages. The 8week wait period elapsed and the rudness and attitude got worse when i expressed that it'd been more than 8 weeks and still hadnt received my legalization documents... till today more than a year later I have not received what I paid for... they even at one point called me personally to tell me that my documents were ready... i was so ecstatic, but my excitement was very short lived. The legalized documents turned out to be from United Arab Emirates, yet i live in china. Thats when i began asking for refund, cause it was clear as day, wedweb was being dishonest. I asked for a refund, and they claimed they'd already refunded me the legalization fee... I asked them to provide proof of the transaction because I had not received the money... they stopped responding... so if you live in Asian countries where visa laws are strict, DO NOT increase your stress levels by trusting webwed with your hard earned cash... you will surely regret the day you stumbled upon wedweb as I do daily... it pains me daily how I lost all my money like that. At one point I even called the Chinese embassy in Washington DC to ask them about my application and they told me they don't have any documents that belong to me in any of their offices. They asked me to provide them a reference number or an order number of any sort and when I ask Webwed to give me a reference number to be able to track my application they said they don't have that. They claim that I didn't pay and they claim that I'm not their client because they never received payment from me but in actual fact they themselves made the error of making a payment request to a wrong email account but I've attached proof that I paid them through my other email that is actually linked to paypal. And they sent me an email actually after I had paid and they confirmed that indeed I was registered and that I had paid I have also attached proof of this email. It is very unfortunate because at the current juncture they seem to want to imply that it is my application that had a problem and that that is somehow my fault... But in actual fact after they failed to do what I actually paid for I had to enlist a different company to help me and that company was successful I got my legalization within 7 weeks.
