I have had the worst experience with this company. I paid for a logo and stationery in May. Several people left the company and my account was dropped. I had to follow up constantly. I just sent an email asking to please just send me something - they replied saying I needed to pay another $99 to get the logo in a format that was useable (.png). And didn't respond to my inquiry about the stationery part of the order. When I asked just now for help - their customer service rep, Joseph, said: "this concludes our discussion. If you still want the formats, you can have it by paying." I consider this very unprofessional. A huge waste of time and money.
