Have been a customer for some time. Although mostly online, on the odd occasion I have had to call, my call met with utmost politeness. Online service brilliant and although some delays experienced in post this is down to Royal Mail not Weldricks as I always get a time of sending from Weldricks and they send next day or 48 hour day postage that i pay for. Can't fault them and will remain a customer,
