Good Morning Josh,
received my order and was astounded at how beautifully the 'Good Good' jams were carefully packaged.
I felt a little guilty at how well they'd been wrapped and arranged.
My wife was busy in 'her' kitchen and so I was unpacking them in the spare bedroom.
However as I picked up one of the jars its contents slopped down to the floor, the bottom, I discovered, had remained in the box as you can see from the photos...
There was no damage / tear / hole on the outside of the box which is puzzling, although there was a dent/dinge.
Fortunately this was the spare bedroom but I've yet to see how well I managed to clean the carpet as it hasn't dried out yet.
Just as well I didn't unpack in the kitchen as it's a tiled floor; imagine how the glass would've shattered and gone everywhere under the cooker, freezer, washing-machine etc., and we'd still be picking up glass fragments for weeks .
These things happen I suppose !

pps. stain means will have to buy a rug !
