I bought the custom build for the Hag Capsico chair. It was at a competitive price to other sites where there were far fewer options available, and considering that it was a custom build, it was a quick turnaround as well. Cap that off with a delivery actually BY the company, and not a random courier person who doesn't care about the item, and it was a fabulous experience all round.
