I am rating 5 stars for Wescover and not so much for Coastal Boho Studio. I ordered this pillow thinking that I was receiving an actual pillow and not just a pillow case. The listing was listed as the Lumbar Pillow so I was shocked to see that I had paid over $70 to only get the cover. Due to its odd sizing, I had a very difficult time finding the insert for this pillow. After expressing my dissatisfaction on Facebook to another customer who purchased the same item, one the leadership people from Wescover personally reached out to me and helped me find an insert and purchased it for me and shipped it to my house - free of charge. I received another message from Coastal Boho Studio during the process and the owner said gave me suggestions on where to buy an insert but never went above and beyond like Wescover did. I probably will never order anything from Coastal Boho Studio but I so MUCH APPRECIATE Wescover for truly providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all customer who order on their platform are happy.
