the site does provide extremely valuable links to artisans that one could not otherwise know about. the only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is that the messaging between me as the buyer and the artisan is somewhat clunky since it has to go through Wescover's web site each time. I had difficulty attaching several drawings to send back to my artisan but I did get help from the Wescover help desk and was able to do it. I suggest your technical team review the interface between end users and the artisans with an eye to making this interface even smoother than it is. Overall, a very good experience with Wescover and my artisan.
