Having never used this website before or heard of it, I was a little doubtful, even more so when I had placed my order and didn't receive a typical email confirmation. However, there was no need to be concerned. The site states next day delivery, which I had expected but when my products didn't arrive the next day I phoned and within a couple of seconds the phone was answered and their customer service rep went away and phoned their delivery provider. He then phoned me back to confirm they had tried to deliver the previous day but no one had been home - my fault! Delivery arrived a couple of hours later! With no issues as to condition. Furthermore, when I had discovered my centre drain wet room tray was not appropriate, I was able to phone and a new tray sent out with the unsuitable one to be collected at the same time! Excellent customer service! Would have no doubts to order from them again!
