Ordering online was simple, I then received a phone call to say they had received my order and should be shipped in a few days, very polite. Delivery by a 3rd party, DHL. Only one box of three was delivered. I called wet rooms online and they followed up with DHL and kept me in the loop at all times. The rest of my stuff was delivered 2 days later and another phone call from Wetrooms to make sure it had arrived. Very good customer service. Would use again!
