Josh at wetrooms online saved the day for us and our bathroom installation. After being badly let down by another company and with our bathroom renovation going off the rails, Josh worked hard checking with suppliers and was able to offer us a choice of items for next day delivery. His communication was excellent-emailing and calling us when he says he would-and he got the item dispatched to us by specialist courier (which really matters for bathroom fittings) the next morning. Would highly recommend. Service like you don?t often see nowadays. Well done!
