Quality of products seems great - at least comparable with similar items elsewhere. Price is about the same as elsewhere. Delivery - great! Arrived 48hrs after I ordered despite every other supplier claiming there would be long delays. Customer service - Excellent! I needed to return an item and replace with larger of the same. The replacement arrived the next day and the original was collected. Yes, I had to pay for the return, but it's just nice to actually get some customer service - unusual these days.
