Extremely helpful with advice as to what I would and would not need to create my wetroom. I didn't feel rushed while making decisions and Josh was very patient. I ended up paying much less than I had thought as when I was filling in an online order I had opted for products that weren't necessary for what I had in mind. I read the reviews and decided it would be better to check before placing the order, and I'm glad that I did. The order arrived without problem the next day although it is yet to be unpacked and fitted as the old bathroom is still being stripped out. I would definitely recommend this company.
