I ordered a shower former tray and everything arrived within 2-3 days, super fast service. We didn't carry out the job straight away, but when we inspected the tanking kit some time after the delivery we noticed it had leaked in transit, this was reported to Josh and he was so helpful and said if we could send a photo they would send out a replacement tanking kit the next day.
Would highly recommend this company for former trays and tanking kits, despite the issue with the tanking kit I can't fault them.
