Product arrived as described, however it arrived later than expected. I ordered this product in the morning of 22/11/24 and payed for next day delivery as needed for a demonstration/class. After paying this next day delivery fee (£9.95) the product was not delivered until 28/11/24 and was late! Dissappointing service overall, yet no fault in the product itself
