I have ordered hats from Wholesale Hats on a few occasions and recently ordered embroidered apparel. I want to express my gratitude for employee Nilda Steele. She is so kind and eager to help in any way she can. She has taken time to lookup specific apparel for me, is quick to respond, patient with me on the phone, all while having great customer service. Good, kind, and helpful employees are hard to come by these days, I just really appreciated her through this process!
