One of the four wiper blades was missing in the box. The email invoice was so complicated I couldn't figure out which one, and there was no picking slip in the box. I had to go out to the cars and measure up. All four had been invoiced but only 3 delivered. To be fair they credited the missing blade once I'd figured it out. Needed a slip in the box for easier identification.
