Overall I have to give top marks. The description of the decanter I purchased was full and informative. The web site easy to navigate. The communication was excellent and they use DPD to deliver..DPD I have always found to be reliable, even giving you a chance to alter the delivery date. The only down point was the inclusion of a ?60 naked wines voucher. Which when I went to redeem told me that as I had had one in the deep distant past, must be 5 or more years ago, I wasn't eligible. ??.
