Unfortunately Wineware had non in stock but were accepting pre orders. Due to COVID supplies from Austria were delayed several months. Wineware did an excellent job of keeping me informed and offered full refund if I didn?t wish to wait. When shipments from Zalto resumed, my order was delivered the next working day free of charge. I received a complimentary glass polishing cloth for my patience. Great customer service. Every accoutrement a wine lover needs.
