The actual item I ordered was great. However, becuase their website was so confusing I accidentally ordered 4 of the same item. They did nothing to accomodate the mistake, other than agreeing to let me return it - with a 37 euro return fee for shipping. As far as I am concerned they should have paid the shipping b/c it was their mistake that they have a poor website that makes it very confusing ordering a wine rack! Super irritating and I won't order from them again.
