Blamed the customer for the fault and advised customer to take the bike to a repair shop and pay for the repair ! Don’t answer the phone in a timely manner - pick up after around 50mins Promised call back in morning - didn’t happen Same issues as on other reviews Wished I read them before using this company They are horrendous to deal with and you will be let down in some way I was let down in every way Avoid and don’t take the Risk
