Purchased a Frog bike on 15 October for my son’s birthday on 3 November. The site showed the bike was sold off, but a pop up said they were expecting new stock on 18 October. Based on a 2 days dispatch time and delivery within 2-3 days there was plenty of time to receive on time for my son’s 4th birthday. I chased them few times but as of today (10 November) the bike has not arrived yet. This left a 4yo boy heartbroken and parents very irritated and unimpressed. Stay away like plague, Winstanleys Bikes is a dodgy and scammy business who don’t care about they customers and their needs, and would do anything you take your money, including lying, taking advantage of you, overpromising and underdelivering.
