I had not heard of Winstons and came across their website on the Country Town House Magazine where they were on the most luxurious mattresses In the world section alongside Hastens and Savoir. The website is absolutely brilliant with great advice that’s to the point and not just paragraph after paragraph of absolute nonsense. 

I needed a new mattress as my current mattress was past it’s due date and I rang and spoke to Reese in the office. I told him how I suffered from hip pains and after speaking to me for over an hour and answering all my questions in detail he suggested the Winstons Premier Wool mattress in a soft comfort grade. He told me the medium I was advised to buy was not right as I only weigh 8 stones and sleep on my side. He advised me companies who don’t offer soft springs is generally due to them not getting enough sales for soft tension mattresses and therefore don’t like to invest into them and would rather just sell people medium springs as they are the best sellers. This ends up with the companies not being left with stock but leaving the customer with the wrong tension. This made sense as I found so many retailers who just don’t offer a soft spring and when I ask them why they only say they are no good but when the likes of Vispring, hastens, savoir and Winston’s who are all luxury companies offering them, then how can they not be any good!

Anyhow delivery was prompt and as promised over the phone. The gentlemen who delivered were also lovely. I have received a top class service all round. And the mattress is the best I have ever had. I no longer have hip pains which I’m very grateful for!
