Ordered a wiper blade for my Audi, but it was not compatible. I contacted customer service and they arranged an immediate refund and told me not to worry about returning the supplied wiper blade. It was dealt with very quickly and thye even asked me to send photos of the blade to see where it was wring so they ould correct it and ensure that it doesnt happen again. Very satisfied with the service.
