I entered my car registration and purchased the wipers which WipeWave said on their website were compatible for my car. When they arrived they were not compatible and had the wrong fittings. Their website had offered free returns and recommended contacting them directly to initiate a returns. I have tried for a full week now to do this. I have called their number repeatedly. First, no reply for days. Now the line is dead. Has my number been blocked? I also emailed the company days ago to request a returns. No reply!!! This is ridiculous. My advice; whilst the service is prompt regarding delivery, that is where the benefits end. Product was not as described and zero opportunity to return. Not to mention how mind wrecking and time consuming this whole experience has been. As a matter of principle, I may take this matter further.
