I purchased a DMX to DALI converter from one program to control our stage lights and house system. I have not been able to connect the device yet but I wanted to write a review on the customer service for Wired4Signs. I was very impressed by how quickly they responded to answering my questions. They were knowledgeable and nice enough to overlook that I don't know much about lighting systems as I am not familiar with DALI lighting (I do more with DMX). I'll be using Wired4SIgns again in the future.
