Avoid this company!! Took my booking for a car rental with a pick up from a hotel. Their supplier was Avis. Avis advises they will only supply cars to that hotel's guest. Wise Cars say it must be a misunderstanding, however there was no other options. I was left without a hire car in a foreign location. Wise Cars simply offered to return the £21 fee they had charged me, with no consideration for the stress caused due to their non-delivery of the contract. Avis were never going to deliver the car to me. Wise Cars took my booking on the basis that they were, so was always going to fail.
