To whom it may concern, I'm very frustrated with your company. I booked a car to be picked up in Florence, Italy. When I picked up the car I was told I needed an international driving license. I was told that was a law in Italy. That is not a law in Italy, I was able to rent a car from a different agency with no problem. ALso it was part of a wedding party and the other members of the party picked up cars in FLR airport without an international driving license. It took me an additional 2 hours to get another car. Most of the rental car agencies were fully booked. When I called wisecars to get a refund I was told I was not able to from Dominik that he couldn't help me. Also said the manager could not talk to me. This is a ridiculous experience, its a scam. If there was an international driving permit requirement they should've told me on the phone. It should not be buried somewhere in small print. This is a lousy company with very poor customer service.
