I booked a rental car on Friday morning. Caught a flight on Friday afternoon. Arrived at the rental car agency on Friday night. I was surprised that the agency said they had no record of my reservation and asked if I had the number. I checked my email and saw that WiseCars had sent me an email, while I was on my flight, informing me that they cancelled my reservation. I called customer support where I was told that they tried to contact me, but then cancelled the reservation since they never heard back from them. I informed them that I never received a call and that I have two emails from them, one confirming the reservation and one cancelling the reservation. So, at 9:30 at night, while standing at in the rental car agency, I had to rebook a reservation at a significantly higher rate. Worst experience I've had in 30 years of travel. I will never use them again.
