Absolutely awful experience with Wisecars. Booked a rental car 2 months ago and when we arrived at the airport to collect it, we were advised that the booking had been cancelled. Several other customers had the same issue and Wisecars did absolutely nothing to help us, or find replacement cars. Most companies had no cars left and it was close to closing time. Ended up paying more than double for a replacement car. Not a good start to the holiday and terrible customer service from Wisecars.
